2. Sample email to old boss for job

Greetings,

I hope everything is well with you and your family. You may recall that I worked as a data engineer at NAME OF BUSINESS for five years.

I immediately quit my work without giving adequate notice to take care of my wife when she was given the cancer diagnosis.

I want to ask to be rehired now that she has completely healed. I received positive work evaluations from my supervisor, NAME OF SUPERIOR, and I really hope you would think about hiring me again.

I truly apologize for not leaving the firm in the greatest of circumstances, but I was overcome with worry and sadness for my wife. I promise that if you rehire me, I will work hard and do my best to avoid repeating my prior mistakes.

I attended an online course to improve my IT abilities throughout the previous six months while I was at home taking care of my wife. I think my skill set is stronger than it was when I left for the job.

I am aware that the position I had has been filled, but I would be open to working in any other position within the data processing division.

I appreciate your thoughts and time. I would be pleased to meet with you and go through my request; you can contact me at PHONE NUMBER or by replying to this email at any time.

3. How to write a mail to boss for job opportunity?

Greetings, Martha

I hope you are as healthy as possible as I send you this email.

I'm Sarah Robson, and in 2018 I worked for your business ABC Limited. I spent five years working for ABC Limited as a junior manager in the sales division. I was named employee of the month twice and given credit for raising sales levels (attaching my certificate with this email).

But I had to quit my work in 2018 for a few personal reasons. My kid and my house were my top priorities when I was pregnant.

Since my child has begun his nursery and has gotten a little older, I have resumed my job hunt.

I decided to approach you since I had such a positive experience with ABC Limited to see if you have any openings in the field. My resume is attached to this email. I want to make it obvious that I wasn't idle throughout this time of unemployment to dispel any misconceptions. To maintain my abilities, I was working as a freelance writer.

I really hope you will give my request some thought, and I would be extremely appreciative if you could let me know if there were any opportunities in your organization.

Looking forward to hearing from you. I'm grateful.

Regards,

4. Sample letter asking for a job opportunity

Regarding the Contact,

I have been following [Insert name of Employer / Organizationachievements ]'s and your professional development over the last 10 years via news stories, interviews, and online research.

Your commitment to the news media, your comprehension of the crucial role that journalists play in today's fast-paced information superhighway, and your faith in the influence of the press are admirable.

I've had the good fortune to hone my journalism skills in three really diverse newspapers. When I graduated from college, I started working for a normal small-town newspaper right away, where I learned everything about how to deliver the daily to readers on time.

I next took a job as a regional manager for a Midwest-based media company that owned small to medium-sized newspapers. I am the Chief Correspondent for one of the biggest publications in the southwest at the moment.

I'd want the chance to speak with you so that I may ask about potential employment vacancies with your organization and obtain your opinion on where my talents and abilities would be most valuable to the ABD Company.

I'll contact your workplace to arrange a time that works for you. Yes, I'm eager to meet you

Sincerely,
